Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 November 2025
1. Acceptance
By commissioning reporting services from Redwood Path Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Redwood Path," "we," "us"), or by using toolredwoodpath.click, you agree to these Terms. If you engage on behalf of a sponsor or CRO, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
We prepare clinical trial enrollment charts, milestone ledgers, and related analytical folios based on data you supply. Deliverables are descriptive reporting materials—not regulatory submissions, statistical analysis plans, or medical advice. Scope for each engagement is defined in a written statement of work or email confirmation.
3. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate, timely data exports and designate a contact for reconciliation calls. You are responsible for redacting personal health information before transmission unless a separate data-processing agreement applies. You must not use our folios as the sole basis for clinical or regulatory decisions without independent medical and statistical review.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use delivered PDFs and print copies for internal study purposes. We retain ownership of templates, chart conventions, and pre-existing methodologies. You may not resell or sublicense our materials to unrelated third parties without written consent.
5. Fees and payment
Fees follow the quote or rate guide in effect at commissioning. Invoices are due within thirty days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties will protect non-public study information. We limit access to assigned analysts and QC reviewers under confidentiality obligations. Public field notes on our website contain no client-identifiable data.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a reporting engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from inaccurate source data you supplied, your misuse of deliverables, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a recurring engagement with fourteen days' written notice. Work in progress is invoiced pro rata. See our Refund Policy for deposit and cancellation rules.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gyeongsangnam-do shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
