Origin and history

Redwood Path Analytics began in 2016 when founder Han Yuri left a contract research organization’s metrics group to prepare enrollment summaries that sponsors could carry into steering meetings without a projector. Early clients were regional biotech firms running their first multi-site oncology studies in Busan and Daegu.

By 2019 the studio added DSMB milestone packs and screen-failure analyses, hiring two additional analysts from hospital biostatistics units. Today twelve sponsor engagements run concurrently, mostly Phase II and III studies with Korean site density above forty percent.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a convention document: chart colors, site tier definitions, footnote standards, and delivery cadence. Analysts do not swap mid-study without a documented handoff. Quality control is a second analyst who re-counts rows independently—we do not rely on automated diff alone.

Deliverables are PDF folios and optional printed copies. We meet clients by video or in person at the Gimhae office when study teams visit Gyeongsangnam-do sites.
