Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to enrollment folios, milestone packs, activation summaries, screen-failure analyses, and portfolio retainers commissioned from Redwood Path Analytics Co., Ltd.. We do not sell software subscriptions or physical products.

2. Deposits

New engagements may require a forty-percent deposit before kickoff. Deposits are applied to the first invoice. For DSMB rush packs, the full fee may be due at booking when delivery is within five business days.

3. Cancellation before work starts

Cancel in writing more than five business days before the scheduled kickoff or data receipt date: full deposit refund minus bank fees. Cancel within five business days: deposit credited toward a future engagement within six months, or fifty-percent refund at our discretion.

4. Cancellation after work starts

Once data reconciliation begins, fees are non-refundable for that cycle. If you cancel a recurring folio engagement mid-contract, completed cycles are invoiced in full; future cycles not yet started are not charged.

5. DSMB and rush deliveries

Rush milestone packs cancelled after drafting starts incur charges for hours logged. If we miss a mutually agreed delivery deadline due to our error, you may choose a full refund for that pack or expedited redelivery at no extra charge.

6. Partial refunds

If a deliverable materially fails to match an agreed scope document and we cannot remediate within five business days, you may request a partial refund proportional to the deficient section. Formatting preferences alone do not qualify.

7. Non-refundable items

• Printed and bound folios already couriered
• Completed review calls
• Third-party courier or binding charges
• Portfolio retainer months already elapsed

8. Rescheduling

Move a review call or data lock date once without fee if we receive seven days' notice. Second reschedule within the same cycle may incur KRW 120,000 administrative charge. DSMB dates moved inside seventy-two hours may trigger rush fees.

9. No-shows

Missed review calls without twenty-four hours' notice are billed at KRW 180,000 for the reserved analyst block.

10. Refund process

Email info@toolredwoodpath.click with invoice number and reason. Approved refunds process within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time.

11. Disputes

We aim to resolve billing concerns directly within ten business days. Unresolved matters are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
